- More than 37,000 new homes are built in Belgium every year. With its most sustainable and energy-efficient homes , Kepler is ideally placed to further conquer this market.
- Demand for sustainable housing is booming: KEPLER produces units with E-level = -15
- Kepler develops and assembles its homes in a controlled environment, which keeps costs under control and makes the growth company profitable

History
KEPLER's mission is to build the most sustainable home in Belgium on a large scale (industrialized) .
The 2022 company may be a new player on the real estate market, but directors Dennis Vangeneugden (CEO) and Frank Custers (CFO) and their management team have been in the sector for years.
The team consists of 22 FTEs , supplemented by 3 independent land buyers . In addition, there are subcontractors for specific parts in the production.
Key features of the KEPLER home
- An EPC level of -15 . This number indicates the overall energy performance of the building. A negative E-level as in this case indicates that the home uses less energy than it produces.
- Home with 14 solar panels, heat pump, home battery, ventilation (system D), air collectors for heating/cooling, etc.
- Living area: 144m² - Finished
down to the smallest detail for optimal living comfort: interior design including complete kitchen and bathroom and finished with only high-quality materials and appliances, garden and connections
- Low cost of living : smart control through connected devices saves up to €2,000 on the energy bill per year
- Fast delivery : fully constructed in 48 days in timber frame construction in the construction workshop and then installed in 24 hours
For the STELLAR H. project, KEPLER is building a second home of 120m² with 3 bedrooms for the first time .
The design remains the same: whichever you choose, every millimeter is finished down to the smallest detail upon delivery.

Activity
KEPLER's structure is designed to ensure full vertical integration of construction and development processes.
1. Purchase of land
2. Engineering
3. Assembly
4. Development
5. Sales
The KEPLER Industries group consists of 3 separate companies : KEPLER Ground, KEPLER Assembly and KEPLER Development.
How do these interact?
KEPLER Ground buys land, which is resold with a small margin. Buying land is not a main activity and only serves as a means to a higher goal, the delivery of the own homes.
KEPLER Assembly is the production company in which the homes are manufactured in-house. In this phase, most of the costs are incurred by KEPLER.
Finally, the house gets its final shape in KEPLER Development , which is responsible for the development of the plots. The end customer buys the house from this company and the land share from KEPLER Ground.
Growth plans
In May 2024, KEPLER already successfully raised EUR 800,000 in the form of additional working capital with a first campaign at Winwinner.
This second crowdlending campaign will also mainly serve as working capital , with one specific project as its main focus: STELLAR H.
For this real estate operation, KEPLER is building a groundbreaking, sustainable living environment that sets the standard for energy-efficient living in Europe. STELLAR H. will be a green district with affordable ground-level homes.
The district will be able to count on several innovative energy facilities that all residents can enjoy, such as a central covered car park with solar panels and a communal battery park where the stored energy is shared.
